Pat Caves

Pat Caves is a Project Manager at CROMSOURCE, where they have been since 2023. Previously, Pat served as a Clinical Research Associate III, contributing to clinical studies at CROMSOURCE. Pat gained valuable experience as a Clinical Research Associate II at Vistakon, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care from 2006 to 2015. Additionally, Pat co-created BRATCON Radio, a platform dedicated to honoring the lives of military service members' families, from 2010 to 2011. Pat also worked as a Marketing Consultant in freelance roles from 1998 to 2011. Pat is currently pursuing studies at The College of William & Mary, Heidelberg American High School, and Jacksonville University, where they are obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree.
