Senior Software Engineer at CRON Systems

Michael Wright has over six years of work experience in software engineering. In 2014, they completed a four-week internship at Red Sky Blue Water, where they gained their first hands-on experience with the industry and in a professional environment. In 2015, they worked as a MapleTA Question Authoring at the University of Birmingham. In 2016, they began working at Graffica as an Analyst Programmer, developing Rail and Air Traffic applications for Network Rail and Eurocontrol. In 2020, they joined 4 Roads Ltd as a remote full-stack web developer, developing web products for a wide range of customers. In 2021, they began working at Pennant International Group Plc as a Software Engineer, where they were the on-site lead unity developer for a range of technical training applications used in the Defense and Transport sectors. Currently, they work as a Senior Software Engineer at Cron AI.

Michael Wright attended Wilberforce Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2011, where they achieved A* grades in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Further Maths. Michael then went on to the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a Master of Science in Physics with a Year in Computer Science between 2011 and 2016.
