Crone & Co. is a Raleigh-based, woman-owned strategic communications firm founded by sisters Madeline Stephens and Margaret Crone. With a deep commitment to relationship-building, community impact, and storytelling, we craft intentional strategies that elevate voices, shape public perception, and influence stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

At the heart of our work is strategic communications—a results-driven approach that defines goals, identifies audiences, and creates compelling narratives. We specialize in public affairs, media relations, issue advocacy, and marketing communications. We collaborate with nonprofits, small businesses, political candidates, corporations, and government entities. From winning elections to building public support, we deliver innovative strategies that help our clients achieve their goals.

As proud Raleigh natives, we are deeply rooted in North Carolina and dedicated to fostering positive change through clear communication and strong relationships. Let’s connect and make an impact together.
