Jaime Payne

Jaime Payne is an experienced Senior Risk and Security Manager at Cronos Group since January 2019, with a background in health and safety leadership. Previously, Jaime served as Asset Protection Manager at Cabela's from May 2014 to January 2019, focusing on financial loss prevention and inventory control. Prior to that, Jaime held various roles at Sears Canada, including Loss Prevention Department Lead and Resources Protection Investigator II, where responsibilities included training management teams and investigating theft and fraud. Jaime earned Health and Safety certifications from Loyalist College and the Ontario Service Safety Alliance.
