Jenn Hooiveld graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Guelph-Humber. They served as a Production Supervisor at Stellantis from 2017 to 2022, where they hired, trained, and supervised a large team while ensuring compliance with production schedules. Currently, as a Production Manager at Cronos Group, Jenn leverages their expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement to optimize production processes. They focus on fostering a culture of problem-solving and collaboration to enhance product quality and operational excellence. Additionally, they pursued a Personal Support Worker degree at triOS College from 2022 to 2023.
