Cronos Wellbeing Solutions partners with commercial and charitable organizations to deliver cost-effective, evidence-based mental health services and consultancy. We support employers and service providers in tackling the rising challenges of mental health in the workplace and across communities, offering expert guidance, tailored clinical interventions, and workforce training.
Our consultancy work includes the development of governance frameworks and quality standards for intensive therapy services. We work collaboratively to improve service delivery models, ensuring they are safe, effective, and aligned with current research and NICE guidelines. For clinicians and services looking to enhance their skills, Cronos provides a unique and comprehensive training programme, designed to upskill professionals in delivering intensive, trauma-focused treatments.
At the core of our clinical offering are NICE-informed intensive therapy packages. These end-to-end programmes are designed around specific mental health difficulties and include targeted resources, specialist therapists, and evidence-based approaches. We support individuals facing challenges such as burnout, moral injury, depression, PTSD, and other complex presentations, with a focus on resilience, recovery, and lasting change.
Dr. Sarah Butler founded Cronos following four years of doctoral research exploring clients’ experiences of intensive PTSD treatment. Her findings demonstrated that short-term, trauma-focused therapy was not only effective but widely accepted by clients. Building on this evidence base, Cronos continues to engage in research that informs and enhances intensive therapies across different communities and settings.
Through our commitment to quality, transparency, and innovation, Cronos Wellbeing Solutions is helping shape the future of mental health support—empowering organizations, training professionals, and improving lives.
