諸戸友

友 諸戸 is currently the Chief Branding Officer and Executive Officer at CROOZ, where they oversee public relations, human resources, M&A, and investment across more than 30 group companies. They began their career in 2003 at Ad Planner as a sales representative, later co-founding i-Passion, a recruitment consulting firm, before joining CROOZ in 2012. With a focus on supporting young entrepreneurs, they have established a strong brand through innovative hiring strategies and event initiatives. Their academic background includes a degree in Communication Studies from Saitama University.
