Andrew Grimmer

Andrew Grimmer joined Crop One Holdings in 2019 as the Procurement Manager and is now the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Grimmer has international business experience after spending 8 years with Boeing where he developed and negotiated with Middle Eastern suppliers. While with Boeing, he was instrumental in project management roles to offload aerostructure work transfers to Middle Eastern facilities. He has also worked at Amazon Web Services as the Senior Commodities Manager and has extensive experience in procurement, supply chains, and large scale negotiations in support of AWS’ data centers. Most recently worked as a consultant for Accenture developing Facebook’s procurement system. In his time with CropOne, he has led the cost reduction efforts throughout the company, and refined Crop One’s expansion and growth strategy. As a member of the Crop One’s leadership team, he advises on financial growth, strategic development, operational efficiencies, and resource development.
