Lamar Simms is currently working as a BDR Apprentice at CROP Organization, focusing on building strategic partnerships to advance Justice Equity Diversity & Inclusion (J.E. In addition, Lamar works as a Customer Service Ambassador at Five Keys Schools and Programs. Lamar obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration/Social and Behavioral Science from Coastline Community College/Solano Community College in July 2019.
