Andreas Idl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andreas co-founded Cropster GmbH in 2008 and became the CEO, overseeing the company's operations. In 2010, they also co-founded Bikerei, a non-profit open bike workshop foundation in Innsbruck. Additionally, Andreas served as a software consultant for CGIAR Generation Challenge Programme, where they developed a research grant management platform. Andreas also worked as a software consultant at CIAT and gained experience in software development at Ev-i.
Andreas Idl completed their bachelor's degree in Information Technology from FH Vorarlberg in the years 2001 to 2004. Andreas also briefly studied at Polytecnia Lodz in 2003. Prior to their time at FH Vorarlberg, they attended Technische Universität Graz from 1999 to 2000, where they focused on Technical Chemistry.
