Neta Rubinstein

Neta Rubinstein is currently the VP of HR at CropX. With a background that includes roles such as Human Resources Director at Incredibuild and HRBP at NSO Group, Neta has extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and post-merger integration. Neta began their career as a Recruitment Interviewer in the IDF before moving to various positions in companies like Kaltura and StorONE, focusing on HR strategies and employee engagement. Neta holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Foreign Literature and Linguistics from Ben Gurion University and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Hamaslool Ha'akademi shel Hamichlala Leminhal.
