Deborah Battersby is currently the Deputy Head Pastoral and Safeguarding at Davenies and has been a Governor at Crosfields School since 2021. Previously, they served as the Head of Pre Prep at Cognita Schools from 2001 to 2012 and as the Assistant Head - Pastoral, Safeguarding & Pre-Prep at Davenies Preparatory from 2012 to 2025. Deborah is pursuing a BA Ed (Hons) in Education at Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Buckingham.
