Simon Dyson is an experienced educator with a diverse career in physical education and pastoral care. Currently, Simon serves as the Head of Tracking and Monitoring and Head of Key Stage 4 Physical Education at Crosfields School, focusing on data management, spiritual, moral, social, and cultural (SMSC) development, relationships and sex education (RSE), and transition processes in Key Stage 3. Prior to this, Simon held multiple leadership roles at Waingels College, including Deputy Safeguard Officer and Vocational Coordinator, while teaching a variety of subjects such as PE, IT, Psychology, Business Communications, Geography, Religious Studies, and Health and Social Care. Additional experience includes serving as Head of House and Head of Careers at The Windsor Boys School, along with teaching PE at The Piggott School. Simon holds a BA in Physical Education from the University College Chichester.
