Radim Just

Radim Just has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Radim started their career at Tieto in 2012 as a VOIP Technical specialist, specializing in UCC. Radim then took on the role of Continuous Service Manager, where they were fully responsible for the Customer Service E2E quality, profitability, and work management for various services such as Lync, O365, Notes, Remote access service (VPN), and DWM. After that, they served as a Senior Continuous Service Manager, also handling similar responsibilities.

In 2016, Radim joined Sykora Data Center as a Project Manager, where they managed projects until early 2018. Eventually, they became part of CROSS Network Intelligence, first as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2018 to December 2022, and then as the Chief Executive Officer from December 2022 until the present.

Radim Just completed their education in a chronological order. Radim obtained a Bachelor's degree in ICT from the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they attended the High school of ICT from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their High school diploma in Telecommunications. In 2008, they enrolled in the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava again and obtained a Master's degree in ICT, which they completed in 2011. Concurrently, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued another Master's degree in ICT at HOGENT.

In terms of additional certifications, Radim Just obtained several qualifications. Radim received the ITIL Service Operation certification from EXIN in March 2015. In December 2013, they obtained the 70-337: Enterprise Voice & Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013 certification from Microsoft, along with the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN. In November 2013, they completed the 70-336: Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 certification, and in December 2012, they attained the 70-664: TS: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring certification, both from Microsoft. Furthermore, they hold the CCNA Discovery: Networking for Home and Small Businesses certification from Cisco. Radim also went through the Leonardo Da Vinci Traineeship in Germany, but the specific time of completion is not provided.
