Benjamin Samuels

Benjamin Samuels currently serves as Co-Head of Investment Banking at Cross River, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director and Co-Head of Alternative Capital within the Global Capital Markets Group from June 2021 to August 2023, specializing in private capital raises, structured financings, PIPEs, and SPACs. Earlier roles include Director of SPAC Investment Banking at Cowen Inc. and Vice President at Evercore. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from The Johns Hopkins University.
