Dafna Dothan

Dafna Dothan is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and corporate banking. Dafna currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Cross River, where Dafna leads a team of professionals in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating various risks. Prior to this role, Dafna held executive positions at Bank Leumi USA, including EVP, Chief Risk Officer and EVP, Division Executive. Dothan has a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dafna is also currently enrolled in the Authentic Leader Development Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
