Devra Ariel is a seasoned documentation specialist and technical writer with extensive experience in the FinTech and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Documentation Specialist at Cross River since November 2022, Devra supports documentation for various FinTech payment and banking SaaS products using MadCap Flare and Confluence. Prior to this, a noteworthy tenure at Synamedia included roles as Lead Technical Writer and Senior Technical Writer, where Devra led a review of technical documentation and co-led significant projects focused on operational and information security. Devra's earlier experience at Cisco involved technical writing for security and Home Media Division projects, while a long career began at NDS Limited as a QA technical writer. Devra also holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University.
