Michael Raff

Michael Raff is the current Chief Information Officer at Cross River. Michael has previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at both First Meridian Mortgage and GenIQ, LTD. Raff has also been a Technology Specialist at Elexir Computer Services and First National Bank.

Raff began their career in 1995 as a Technology Specialist at First National Bank. Michael then moved to Elexir Computer Services in 1998, where they served as head of the ISP division. In 2001, Raff became the Chief Technology Officer at GenIQ, LTD, where they helped develop the GenIQ Model. In 2004, they assumed the same role at First Meridian Mortgage. Raff remained at First Meridian Mortgage until 2010, when they became the Chief Information Officer at Cross River.

Michael Raff graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Masters in Electrical Engineering.

They are on a team with Noah Cooper - EVP Capital Markets, Karan Mehta - Chief Strategy Officer, and Elliot Rothschild - Chief Accounting Officer. Michael Raff reports to Gilles Gade, President & CEO.
