Noah Cooper

Noah Cooper currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at Cross River, with a history of leadership roles including EVP and SVP in Capital Markets. Prior to this, Noah co-founded Hearts of ECMO, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing ECMO research and awareness. At Laurel Road, an online consumer lending platform, Noah held the position of SVP of Capital Markets & Strategy until the company's acquisition by KeyBank. Noah's career began at Merrill Lynch, where a Vice President title was held from 2008 to 2016. Noah obtained a BA from Columbia University and attended The Haverford School.
