Prem Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading strategic transformations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Shared Services Transformation at Element Solutions Inc since 2020, Prem previously held the position of Managing Director at Moody's Corporation from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing global strategies and operations for both Moody's Analytics and Ratings Systems. During this tenure, Prem successfully led significant digital transformation initiatives, yielding substantial cost savings. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Partner with PWC/IBM, focusing on financial management solutions and organizational transformations.
