Ryan Callahan

Ryan Callahan, CFA, serves as the Head of Structured Products and Co-Head of Capital Markets at Cross River, specializing in the management of the bank’s funding strategy, particularly in asset-backed securities and institutional sales. Prior roles include positions at Laurel Road Bank, where operations in Capital Markets were managed while co-leading private securitization transactions and pioneering analytics for student loan asset-backed securities, and at Morgan Stanley, where Ryan led reporting initiatives for regulatory risk functions. Earlier experience includes a legal assistant role in the Structured Finance practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Ryan holds a degree from Princeton University and has further education from Fundación Ortega y Gasset.
