Ryan Grant

Ryan Grant, CERP, currently serves as the Head of Risk Identification and Assessment and ERM Director at Cross River, where significant achievements include the development and deployment of an RCSA program framework, establishment of business and system requirements, and successful implementation of Archer as a key tool. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Director of Risk Management and Branch Execution Risk Strategy at Capital One, overseeing advisory risk support while managing execution responsibilities. Ryan’s career began at Wells Fargo, progressing from Senior Licensed Financial Specialist to District Manager, where leadership in sales and operations was demonstrated. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University and a Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton Online.
