Sandy Hernandez

Sandy Hernandez is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in payroll management, accounting, and human resources. Currently serving as AVP of Benefits at Cross River since May 2021, Sandy has previously held key positions at Tiedemann Advisors as Vice President Payroll and Benefits Manager and Vice President Accounting Manager, overseeing payroll for over 140 employees and managing full-cycle Accounts Payable processes. Sandy's earlier experiences include roles such as Senior Accountant at American Medical and Life Insurance, Staff Accountant at Green Key Resources and Vault.com, and Human Resource Assistant at All Stars Project, Inc. and Abkit Inc. Sandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Berkeley College and an Associate degree in Occupational Studies in Accounting from the Katharine Gibbs School.
