Stuart Hershkowitz

Stuart Hershkowitz serves as the President of Orthodox Union Israel since December 2022 and holds the position of Chairman of the Public Policy and Strategy Board at Cross River since August 2019, focusing on responsible financial solutions. As Managing Director of JCTechnologies Ltd. and Vice President of the Jerusalem College of Technology since 2012, Stuart leads technology transfer initiatives and manages various administrative functions. From November 2014 to December 2022, Stuart was a Director at Elbit Medical Technologies Ltd., overseeing interests in medical devices and stem cell research. Previous roles include Principal at Woodleigh Properties Ltd. (2008-2011) and Managing Director at Harbor Group (2006-2007), with extensive experience in international real estate investments. Stuart began a significant career in banking at the Bank of Jerusalem from 1996 to 2006, serving as Deputy General Manager and Head of the International Division, following education in law at Bar-Ilan University.
