Based in Perth, Western Australia, we’re a boutique architectural design studio founded by Brandon Cross and Dean Rowett - long-time collaborators with a shared passion for thoughtful, enduring design.

We believe great design starts with understanding how people live, work and connect. Our work spans residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors, blending creative vision with deep technical knowledge and a hands-on approach that ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

From concept to design development to completion, we take a collaborative approach, working closely with clients, consultants and builders to create spaces that reflect a unique sense of place, work seamlessly and stand the test of time.
