Sherman Wan

Sherman Wan has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry. In 2004, they began their career as Legal Counsel and Business Development Manager at VIA Telecom, Inc. Sherman then moved to McDermott Will and Emery in 2006 as Corporate and IP Counsel. In 2010, they worked as Associate Counsel at Maxim Integrated Products and Corporate and Tax Attorney at William Wan & Company. In 2012, they joined Renesas Mobile Corporation as Senior Legal Counsel until the company's assets were acquired by Broadcom. After that, they worked as Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal from 2014 to 2018. Sherman then moved to BlueFocus International as Director of Legal & Operations from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Sherman Wan is working as General Counsel at Crossbar Inc.
