Mandy Poling

Mandy Poling is the current Vice President of People at Crossbeam. Mandy has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and operations.

Mandy started their career as a Program Production Coordinator at Berlitz, where they researched and developed content for cross-cultural consulting. After a year in this role, they were promoted to Director of Events at Cultural Care Au Pair, where they continued to develop content for cross-cultural consulting. In October 2008, they joined TripAdvisor as a People Operations Business Partner. Mandy remained in this role for over nine years, until they joined Crossbeam in August 2018.

At Crossbeam, Mandy is responsible for leading the people operations team. In this role, they oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. Under their leadership, the people operations team has been able to successfully support the company’s rapidly growing workforce.

Mandy Poling has a BA in International Relations and French from the University of Delaware.

Mandy Poling reports to Bob Moore, CEO & Co-Founder. Mandy Poling works with Lindsey DeFalco - VP, Product, Chris Samila - VP, Partnerships, and Buck Ryan - CTO & Co-Founder.
