Matt Chung

Matt Chung is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Fractional CTO at Quant Insight since August 2022, Matt oversees the software engineering department and optimizes distributed systems on Amazon Web Services. As the Founder and CEO of Crossbill, established in August 2021, Matt works closely with clients to develop strategic visions and software solutions. Previously, Matt held multiple roles at Amazon Web Services from April 2016 to July 2021, contributing to EC2 Networking and Route53, among other projects. Earlier positions include Director of DevOps at Fox Networks Group and various engineering roles at Cisco Systems and Bel Air Internet, showcasing a robust background in network architecture and system administration. Matt holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge.
