Cory Parrish has a strong background in technology and engineering. Cory started their career in 2009 as a Graduate Trainee Developer at UBS Wealth Management, where they gained a broad knowledge of the financial services industry. Cory then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TD Ameritrade before joining Lab49 as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in the development of trading applications. In 2015, they became a Principal Architect at Lifion, by ADP, where they played a key role in designing and developing the company's core HCM platform. After leaving Lifion, Cory worked at StriveNine as a Team & Culture Builder, Architect, and Engineer, where they built core algorithms and architectures for push-button transfer pricing reports and future products. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at CrossBorder Solutions, leading a team and building a strong company culture. Cory'saccomplishments at CrossBorder Solutions include fostering personal growth, building relationships, providing constant feedback, and navigating through challenging times such as the pandemic.

Cory Parrish's education history begins with obtaining a High School Diploma from JD Darnall High School in 2000. Cory then pursued an Associates Degree in Music Education and Music Ed at Blackhawk Community College from 2002 to 2004. After that, they enrolled at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where they completed a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from 2007 to 2009. Cory later attended Stevens Institute of Technology, obtaining multiple qualifications. Cory earned a Masters Degree in Information Management (MIS) from 2009 to 2011, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management in 2011-2012. Cory also achieved Graduate Certificates in both Project Management (2011) and Information Management (2010-2011). Finally, Cory completed an MBA specializing in Project Management at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013.
