David Bukovac has a diverse and extensive work experience. David is currently the Co-Founder and President of CrossBorder Solutions, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and COO from 2018 to 2021, and as the Co-Founder and CRO from 2016 to 2018.

Before their involvement with CrossBorder Solutions, David worked as a Strategic Advisor at Sky Fund LLC in 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Tangoe, where they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing the company's technology and services platform.

David also has a significant tenure at Thomson Reuters, where they were the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances for the Transfer Pricing division from 2007 to 2015. David played a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnership relationships, as well as driving business growth.

Prior to their time at Thomson Reuters, David was the COO and Head of Professional Services at CrossBorder Solutions - a software company that was eventually acquired by Thomson Reuters. During their tenure from 1999 to 2007, they played a key role in managing operations and global accounts.

David's early career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served as a Senior Associate in the Global Restructuring division from 1996 to 1999. Here, they led a team in developing and implementing tax-efficient global restructuring strategies for multinational corporations.

David Bukovac has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College, which they obtained in 1993. David then pursued further education and received a Master's degree in International Business from Brandeis International Business School in 1996, specializing in Economics and Finance. Before their Master's degree, David also studied Business at the University of Cape Town in 1995 and Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London in 1992.
