Margaret Bruce

Margaret Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Margaret currently works at CrossBorder Solutions as a Sales Development Representative, where they focus on helping companies with their R&D tax credit claims. Prior to this, they worked at NWA International as an Appointment Setter/CSR, managing high volume calls and maintaining client relationships. Margaret also served as the Principal Managing Partner at Caccioppoli-Anderson, LLC, a marketing consulting firm specializing in designing campaigns for various industries. Margaret also has experience in the jewelry industry, having worked at Paragon Pearls as an Appointment Setter/SDR. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Twist2it Inc., where they successfully developed a sales force call-center and significantly grew the company's sales and client base in the dental industry.

Margaret Bruce attended Queens College from 1990 to 1992. During their time there, they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Margaret also obtained additional certifications, including a Video for Sales Certification from Vidyard in July 2022 and an Animal CPR & First Aid Care certification from Paws N Claws 911 in November 2016.
