Nancy served as an Office Assistant from May 2012 to December 2012, handling confidential student information. Nancy also worked as an Event Coordinator - Work Study Student Manager from October 2011 to December 2014, managing work study students and optimizing event space reservation processes.

Nancy N. holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Boston University. Nancy also attended YES Prep, although the specific degree and field of study at that institution are unknown. Additionally, Nancy N. acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
