Ryan Sturgill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at CrossBoundary since 2022, Ryan leads a team focused on facilitating growth equity and debt for clients in the MENA region. Previously, as Executive Director at Gaza Sky Geeks from 2015 to 2021, Ryan transformed a startup incubator into a recognized leader in startup acceleration and tech education, achieving significant revenue and funding growth by establishing partnerships with major global tech firms. Ryan's earlier roles include Investment Associate at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, Private Equity Associate at The Abraaj Group, and Program Manager at the United States Department of Defense, where responsibilities ranged from financial analysis to managing large-scale reconstruction projects.
