Sunkyo Im

Sunkyo Im currently serves as the Chief People Officer at CrossBoundary Group, with prior experience as the Acting Chief Talent Officer at Sanergy, where strategic development for talent functions was prioritized. At Fenix International, Sunkyo held the role of Senior Director, Global Talent, and was instrumental in scaling the organization’s workforce from 250 to over 1500 employees across multiple markets in sub-Saharan Africa. Additional roles include advising on immunization strategies at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and co-founding Kushiri.org, a social enterprise matching skilled volunteers with NGOs. Sunkyo's academic background includes a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Chicago.
