Crossbridge Executive is the search firm for the senior hire where traditional finance meets digital assets.

Banks launching digital asset desks. Asset managers building tokenization strategies.

Elite law, consulting, accounting, tax and audit firms standing up crypto practices.

Crypto-native exchanges, issuers and infrastructure firms that need TradFi veterans to operate at institutional grade.

Every client has the same problem: the person they need has to be credible in two worlds that don't speak the same language. Traditional search firms don't understand crypto. Crypto-native recruiters lack the process discipline institutions require. We're fluent in both.

Founded in 2020 as The Blockchain Recruiter, relaunched as Crossbridge Executive in 2026 to reflect the institutional practice it's become.

Every search is principal-led and backed by a one-year placement guarantee. 100% completion rate, 2.16:1 interview to hire ratio, 97% offer acceptance.

If you're building a digital asset capability inside an institution and you've been frustrated by search firms that only understand half your world - we're the firm for you.
