Tom Carluccio, MBA, is the Head of Market & Product Strategy at Crosscap, where leaders of enterprise marketing teams rely on their expertise to enhance omnichannel campaign strategies. Previously, Tom held various product management roles at Crosscap, spearheading significant product developments and operational efficiencies. Their career includes leadership positions at eLayaway, where they implemented strategies that dramatically reduced operational costs and improved service delivery. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, Tom enjoys building Lego with their children, watching Formula 1, cooking, and cycling through wine country.
