Kate Caulfield

Kate Caulfield currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at HashiCorp, where responsibilities include leading global talent acquisition, employer branding, people operations, benefits, people analytics, and mobility since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kate built the recruiting function from the ground up as VP of Talent Acquisition at HashiCorp, scaling the organization significantly. Additionally, Kate is a member of the Advisory Board at Crosschq and has held multiple leadership positions at Salesforce, including VP of Recruiting, Sourcing, Research and Internal Mobility. Previous experience includes roles at McKesson and Parker & Lynch, where Kate specialized in talent attraction and recruitment. Kate holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
