Divya Premkumar

Divya Premkumar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager - HR at Crossdomain since April 2008, after progressing from Senior Executive - HR. In this role, Divya acts as the Process Owner for crucial HR processes including payroll, employee database management, performance reviews, and employee relations, while also functioning as an HR Partner for two business groups. Previously, Divya worked as an HR Executive at TTK Healthcare TPA Pvt Ltd from July 2006 to April 2008, managing recruitment, payroll, and management information systems. Divya holds an MBA in HR and Finance from East West College, earned between 2000 and 2008, and a diploma from Women’s Polytechnic, completed from 1996 to 1999.
