They co-founded Lights and Sights LLC, a premier lighting consultancy, leveraging over 40 years of combined industry experience. Randall's commitment to safety and precision in lighting design is complemented by their strong communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with production teams and artists. Currently, they hold multiple roles including Lighting Designer for the New York Jets and the New York Giants, and continue to innovate in their field.
