Founded in 2012 and born out of a small storage shed in the back of a community center, the mission of CrossFit Renew has and always will be to utilize elite functional fitness training to restore and propel our local community’s overall health and wellness. Through personal training, regular classes, community events, and a tight-knit gym family, we put your overall health at the forefront of our programming to help you move forward in your fitness and wellness journey.
