Located in Allendale, NJ, CrossFit The Rack offers an elite fitness experience for beginners and gym rats alike. Our traditional CrossFit classes emphasize short, high-intensity workouts designed to get you in incredible shape and maximize athletic performance. But we realize our members deserve more than a cookie-cutter workout -- after each class, we open our gym so you can focus on anything from Olympic weightlifting to additional cardio.
