CrossFit Witham – Lincolnshire’s Premier CrossFit Gym. CrossFit Witham aims to revolutionise our client’s fitness and quality of life by giving them the tools to take their fitness, diet and outlook into their own hands in a supportive community environment.

CrossFit is a broad, general, inclusive fitness program applicable to everyone. All of CrossFit’s workouts are based on functional movements which are the core movements of life, found everywhere and built naturally into our DNA. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, these functional movements at maximum intensity, lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

CrossFit gym’s are the polar opposite to the soulless commercial gym’s where your name is just another pound sign on the balance sheet, but a community of friends who train, socialise and support each other. At CrossFit Witham we harness the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of CrossFit to deliver an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.
