Jay Decoons

Jay DeCoons is an experienced executive in the health and wellness industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global Affiliates & Operations at CrossFit, LLC since October 2023. DeCoons has held significant leadership roles including Brand President and CEO at The Bar Method, where the focus was on barre-based fitness with a blend of dance conditioning and physical therapy. As President & COO of YogaWorks, oversight included operations for 30 locations across New York and California. Previous roles involved investment strategy development at Highland Capital Partners and managing substantial capital at Summit Partners. DeCoons also currently serves on the Board of New Dawn Ventures LLC, which provides growth capital to emerging consumer health brands. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
