Troy Bratz is a licensed REALTOR® at Keller Williams Elevate with over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in property management, inspections, and the development of both single and multi-family properties in Northeast Ohio. Troy's expertise caters to first-time home buyers, new construction, estate sales, and relocation services. In addition to real estate, Troy serves as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and has held various roles including Precinct Committeeperson and Executive Committee Member for the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party. Previous positions include Corporate Advertising Sales Representative at The Observer Media Project, Special Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager at multiple housing-related organizations. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Cleveland State University and has continued education in urban planning and development.
