Josh Tyree

Josh Tyree has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Josh is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Crossflow Technologies since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at QuantiTech as a Buyer from February 2020 to June 2021.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Josh spent several years in the US Army, where they held various leadership roles. Josh served as a Company Senior Drill Sergeant at the US Army Drill Sergeant School, where they excelled and received the "Leadership Award." Josh was also recognized as the "Drill Sergeant of the cycle" three times. Josh demonstrated their leadership abilities by planning, resourcing, and directing combat operations as a Squad Leader/Platoon Sergeant during a 12-month deployment in Afghanistan. Josh'sefforts resulted in a decrease in attacks by 15% in their sector. Additionally, they successfully led a 9-person team during a 15-month combat deployment to Iraq, with each team member being awarded the Expert Infantry Badge.

Josh also gained industry experience as an Operations Manager at Love's Travel Stops from April 2017 to February 2018. Overall, their work experience showcases their strong leadership skills, ability to excel in challenging environments, and solid contributions to various organizations.

Josh Tyree attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree. Josh'sareas of focus were Acquisition/Contract Management and Supply Chain Management.
