Arun Gupta

Arun Gupta began their work experience as a Customer Services Representative at Garlands Call Centre in 2005. Arun then worked as an Infrastructure Technician at the University of Teesside in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Technology & Innovation Graduate and later as a Business Relationship & Demand Manager at Scottish Water. Arun joined Focus Group Europe in 2012 and held positions as a ServiceNow Consultant and later as a Professional Services Delivery Manager until 2017. Since 2017, Arun has been working at Crossfuze, first as a Professional Services Director and currently as the Vice President of ServiceNow Global Delivery.

Arun Gupta completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Teesside University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified Implementation Specialist from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company in February 2014, ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN in October 2013, and Certified ServiceNow Administrator from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company in August 2012.
