Hoa Hoàng is a strength-based Learning and Development strategist, currently serving as the L&D Lead at Crossian since 2025. With over a decade of experience, they previously held roles as the L&D Manager at Balance Hospitality and as Training Manager at Paradise Bay Resort Company Limited. Having trained thousands in vital skills such as leadership and workplace wellbeing, Hoa approaches development by focusing on individual strengths to foster growth and resilience. They earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Robert Kennedy College and are currently pursuing a degree in English Language and Literature at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
