Adrien Souci is a Learning Experience Designer with a rich background in recruitment and training management spanning over a decade. Following ten years in various management roles, Adrien pursued a Master's degree in Multimedia Instructional Design, graduating with Highest Honours in 2016. Currently, Adrien collaborates with learning and development clients to co-design impactful corporate learning programs, emphasizing a data-driven and learner-centric approach. With expertise in digital learning solutions and methodologies, Adrien leads workshops and supports instructional design and project management to enhance educational experiences.
