Paul NING

Paul NING is an experienced professional with a strong background in product innovation, customer success, and business development. Notably, as Product Innovation Director at Wiley, Paul launched the flagship product Skill Path and created CK Connect, driving the full innovation lifecycle. In a previous role as Country Manager for China at CrossKnowledge, Paul established China operations and secured the largest contract in the company's history. Additional roles include co-founder of feedle, where Paul developed a just-in-time learning app, and various leadership positions at CrossKnowledge, achieving high client retention rates and building successful customer success teams. Paul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, an MBA from ESSEC Executive Education, and a Master's degree in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School.
