Andy Hoyle

Andy Hoyle is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in delivering EdTech projects using the Microsoft stack. They have managed teams of developers both in-person and remotely since 2012, successfully leading large-scale initiatives that have scaled to millions of users, including a platform that welcomed over 2 million users in 2014. Currently, as a Software Development Manager at Crosslake Technologies, Andy continues to drive innovation and collaboration across diverse teams while applying their specialist knowledge of cloud-native architectures and technology strategy. They previously held positions including Director at Fifty3North and Head of Development at Capture Education UK, where they focused on web and mobile applications for the education sector. Andy earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Exeter.
